COMMERCIAL SPACES
Nextec has successfully completed numerous notable projects in the commercial space sector with our team of talented and experienced professionals, always meeting deadlines and budget constraints. One such project is the Palladium Mall in Mumbai's Lower Parel, where we designed and installed an external façade stone cladding system that ensured both efficiency and structural integrity. Another notable accomplishment is the Jio World Drive project in BKC, Mumbai, where we excelled in both internal and external stone cladding, delivering a functional system without sacrificing aesthetic appeal. Our experience includes our contribution to the Mahindra Towers in Mumbai. We created a custom system for Curved Ceilings here, showcasing architectural marvels through our innovative solutions. We also has experience in mall construction, as demonstrated by our work on the well-known City Centre Mall in the heart of Patna. Our involvement in this project included external cladding using Durock and Gypsum Board, as well as the installation of false ceilings.

Nextec has demonstrated its expertise in the luxurious hospitality sector, playing a key role in improving the appearance and structure of renowned establishments. One notable project involved the design and supply of an External Dry Cladding system using Granite for Taj Chia Kutir in Darjeeling. This initiative not only added to the beauty of the structure but also significantly increased its longevity. Another remarkable achievement includes our contribution to ITC Narmada in Ahmedabad, where we designed and supplied an External Cladding system using Durock Board. This simple system covered elements such as Arch Stiffeners, Shaft Wall Cladding System, Chajja and Porch External Cladding, showcasing our commitment to delivering quality and innovative solutions in the construction industry.

GOVERNMENT INFRASTRUCTURE
Nextec, with the combined efforts of our team, has played a crucial role in infrastructural development by contributing to the upcoming Underground Mumbai Metro Line 3 project and the Common Central Secretariat. In the Mumbai Metro Project, we have successfully demonstrated our expertise in dry cladding, column cladding, access panels and NATM cladding, using materials such as Granite, Engineered Stone and Ceramic Aluminium sheets. Additionally, we are actively working on the prestigious Common Central Secretariat project in New Delhi. In this project, we are responsible for designing and supplying materials for dry cladding, column cladding, porch areas and the main gate.
